the valet people were just wonderful! allen, eli, and robert, along with everyone else, were pretty good. they were all super kind and eager to assist.
i accidentally left some clothes in the closet. i contacted the hotel, but they couldn't find it, frustrating.

I was a bit disappointed, honestly. Our room faced a parking garage. The view wasn't great and we kept the curtains shut most of the time. The sofa was worn. I even saw some stains.
